I adjusted the alignment to match Jenna Ullrich’s revision to the logo, tried to get more gold strands visible (and made sure they looked more gold than yellow) through the cut-out, and generally shot a cleaner photo for a more polished feel. I still like the rough version, but this is more appropriate for the print materials it will ultimately be used on.
